Check the resources used by the server in the control panel, whether the resources used in real time do not exceed the resources given to you. If you are using 80-90% of the available resources (CPU/RAM), we advise you to increase the resources or change hosting plan.

I ordered a server, but I haven't received any email confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation when the server is successfully installed, some games take up more space, so the installation may take up to 10 minutes.
I got confirmation that my server is installed, but I don't know how to login to my control panel?

My server uses a lot of RAM memory, why?
Due to at least one memory leak the server requires about 16-32GB RAM. Referring to the official documentation you can start the server with 8GB but you will run out of memory very quickly. Our recommendation would be to reboot the server at least every 6 hours.
